- When the password is recently updated
When a password has been updated, the name of the person who completed that update can be seen under the "New Password" field, up to 15 days from the time the password was updated. This will provide insight on recent changes and help prevent unnecessary updates/changes.
- When the password is about to expire
If the password is about to expire, a warning message appears below the New Password field, mentioning the number of days left till expiry (view screenshot below).
- When the password has already expired:
If the password has expired, a warning message appears below the New Password field stating the same (view screenshot below). Immediate action must take place to update the password in order to avoid automation workflow disruption.
